8:10am for Annual Sutherland Leisure Centre to Nth. Wollongong lighthouse, thence train from Nth Wollongong station to Waterfall, and ride back thru RNP.
Shorten this flatish ride to 60km by staying on the Choo Choo back to Sutherland station and cycle 800m back to Sutherland Leisure Centre.
