The pointed branch in the middle of above pic could cause a piercing wound if a cyclist rode into it

The above two photos taken on 3 March evidence that -

                (i)    Rockdale Council has done nothing to remove the loose sand in above two pics; and

        (ii)    Rockdale Council's efforts to clear the two fallen branches has been irresponsible.
