Meadowbank train station to Parramatta Park and back - cycling on both sides of Parramatta River - 26km
Increase route by 10km by veering north off Parramatta Valley cycle path (just prior to the James Ruse Drive) at Rosehill and pedalling twds Carlingford along the Rosehill to Carlingford Rail Trail.  Thence returning south to Parramatta Valley cycle path.

Meadowbank Railway Station

The Parramatta Valley Cycleway meanders along the Parramatta River - both sides for the initial 3.4km from Meadowbank when cycling westward. Upon arrival add on a few loops of Parramatta Park (Pitt St &, Macquarie St, Parramatta). Or ride all the way to Morrison Bay Park, choosing to take either the Silverwater Bridge or John Whitton Bridge. 

Another 10km can be added by veering north off the Parramatta Valley cycle path (just prior to the James Ruse Drive) at Rosehill and pedalling twds Carlingford along the Rosehill to Carlingford Rail Trail.

Scott wanted the above pic of BankTeller emulating the metal stature on one leg.  But unsure why.
The smallish heavy metal stature might be of Sir James Martin who hailed from Parramatta and a former NSW Premier of some notoriety who reputedly back in year 1830 circa walked from Parramatta to DownTown Sydney to act as NSW Premier.
