Hypothesis means regular, rigorous, Challenging, recreational, outdoor exercise for Interested Adults of all ages within a Common Bond Support Group -

(i)         are materially greater than benefits identified from the guru of Aerobics, Dr. Kenneth Cooper; and

(ii)        will cost-effectively reduce the Seven Problems, in particular that the Hypothesis will Empower Adults To Better Control Their Stress Responses.
