Organiser means the organiser(s) of a District Recreational Exercise Group who has -

(i)         been responsible for organising a Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activity or a Moderate Recreational Exercise Activity on more than 10 occasions involving more than 10 different Participants;

(ii)        has not been negligent in organising that Recreational Exercise Activity;

(iii)       has not received any material complaints relating to his/her organising performance; and

(iv)       possesses an infectious enthusiasm for the mental and physical benefits of their Recreational Exercise Activity.
