Registered Charity means one of the 30 Registered Charities listed in Section 13B(d)(i) and Schedule VIII involved with the Disabled which is recognized in -

(i)         Australia by the ATO as a Not-Profit Organisation; and

(ii)        USA by the Internal Revenue Service as tax exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Internal Revenue Code Section 170.
