Conditions Precedent to Propagation of YELP to all other Australian States The Business Plan adopts the 4 P's of Project Development. The 3rd P is Propagation which follows the 2nd P of Pilot. Below are conditions which MUST precede the Health Agency approving Propagation (ie. rolling out, YELP to a further 10,000 Interested Adults across the remaining six states in Australia by end 2010): 1. 5,000 NSW Participants submit a Internet Participant Progress Report 4 months after commencing in a District Recreational Exercise Activity during the 12 months Pilot 2. 50 NSW Volunteers in the Research Programme submit 3 of the Four Hypothesis Test Reports. 3. Research Programme Team issues the End Of Research Programme Progress Report one month after the end of the 9 months Research Programme. 4. Head Consultant For The Pilot, Research Programme and Conditions Precedent to Propagation inputs the results (from Purpose Built Quant Modelling Software) of responses from - I. 3 of the 4 Hypothesis Test Reports from the 50 Volunteers; and II. Internet Participant Progress Report from the 5,000 Participants, into the Base Case Financial Model and extrapolates across the Target Market for the Target Age Groups for Rigorous and Moderate Recreational Exercise Activities to simulate a 'Less Effective', 'Forecast' and 'More Effective' Economic Return on Capex due to Propagating YELP to 10,000 additional Participants across Australia by end-2010.
