i)      completed
Arduous Endurance Sporting Events (incl 2 IronMan triathlons); and
ii)     thorough understanding of Australia's liability laws re inviting members of the public to participate in a recreational activity which involves some dangers and how to mitigate liability.

c)    applies a robust Cause and Effect Logic.

d)    developed using the transparent 'Project Finance' planning, process, structure disciplines employed by investment banks to attract debt and equity investors for new +$1b Greenfield infrastructure projects

e)    provided on CD ROM with over 2,000 URLs to more than 150 Defined Terms and 30+ Section Titles which ensure clarity/brevity to analyse statements made therein

f)     Compared to even a few years ago, due to Climate Change, all three tiers of Government are now more receptive to seeking to Materially Alter Lifestyle to reduce the Seven Problems.

g)    detailed Prototype which Interested Parties can comment on in writing for the Writer to redraft to produce the Interested Parties Agreed Business Plan.

h)    forecasts to materially cost-effectively reduce Seven Problems which cost Australia >$1b pa in fiscal expenditure and foregone GDP.

i)     Youthful Exuberance Theme is a catchphrase which will instil confidence within Interested Adults that they are capable of incorporating outdoor exercising in their Lifestyle Behaviour as they joyfully explored the great outdoors years ago with childhood mates.

j)      Harnesses for the Pilot +900 Existing District Recreational Exercise Groups across 14 Recreational Exercise Activities.

k)     Harvest a Critical Mass of 5,000 new Participants during the 12 months Pilot to enable Three Low Cost Propagation Initiatives to Propagate the Pilot to 10,000 further Interested Adults across Australia by end-2010.

l)     9 month Research Programme will use a Health Assessment Appointment and 4 Hypothesis Test Reports to quantify the 'Economic Return on Capex' and impact on Cashflow on Australia's Human Brownfield Infrastructure from Propagating the Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme.

m)   recognises at an Annual Presentation Awards Dinner in each state capital, exceptional -

       A)  Participants, both Abled and Disabled, with a Materially Altered Lifestyle due to introducing Positive Lifestyle Changes to adopt Changed Social Values as identified in the Internet Participant Progress Report;

       B)  Recreational Exercise Consultants who have Supervised or Referred many Interested Adults based on Internet Testimonials submitted by their Participants;

       C)  Abled Participant Assistants who had provided exceptional assistance to one or more Disabled Interested Adults; and

       D)  (for the Pilot in NSW) work by the Research Programme Team.

Research Programme includes definitive Challenging goals, namely  Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges.

  Due to the Cause and Effect Logic applied it takes a while to 'get into the Solution', namely YELP However, understanding the Causes of the Seven Problems is integral.

Threats

1.    Deploy the Youthful Exuberance Theme to packages "regular exercise" at two levels (rigorous and moderate), with a Common Bond Support Group and a Social Theme, to appeal to the masses as enjoyable and fun.

2.    Utilises the substantive green economies attainable from e-Learning, e-Training and e-Research Techniques on the Internet to materially reduce data dissemination, collection and analysis costs for the Pilot, Propagation and Product phases:

3.    Materially cost-effectively assist Health & Ageing's Lifescripts Five Basic ‘Stages of Change’ by GPs suggesting interested GP's Patients approach a Recreational Exercise Consultant with Ten Sports Administration Attributes to Supervise the Final Three Stages.

4.    Pit the benefits of two naturally produce drugs, Adrenaline and Endorphins produced from the Core Product, against the adverse side-effects of several Recreational Drugs Used, to educate Interested Adults to the pros and cons of various Recreational Drugs Used.

5.    4th P of Project Development , namely Product, will mitigate the 5th Stage of Change ie "5.Over time, attempts to maintain the new behaviour occur (maintenance)" by providing Participants further motivation to continue their Recreation Exercise Activity(ies).

6.    Government's earnest commitment to encourage a healthy lifestyle warrants 'State Health Departments' awarding trophies to 'Male' and 'Female', Abled and Disabled, 'Age Division Winners' at each of the 7 State Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series Finals, as testimony to Government's commitment to encouraging healthy lifestyle.

7.    Cost-effectively treat the "risk factors" and "protective factors" identified in NSW Department of Health's A New Direction for NSW Department of Health - STRATEGIC PLAN TOWARDS 2010 without the need for collective "strong will and sustained action by (all of) individuals, families, communities and governments".

8.    Pilot Budget which includes 9 months Research Programme is a mere bagatelle, $2,210,500, which will garner 5,000 new Participants thereby facilitating RTV Promotion for Propagation and also to measure the Hypothesis.

9.    One solitary Hypothesis which utilises the Internet to structure 14 different independent sporting activities into 14 interdependent Recreational Exercise Activities able to reduce Seven (Global) Problems which costs Australia over $1b annually.

10.  25 of the 50 Volunteers being drawn from the Disadvantaged to maximise the extent of Materially Altered Lifestyle in Purpose Built Quant Modelling Software to measure Economic Return On Capex in the Base Case Financial Model for fiscal expenditure on YELP to improve productivity of Human Brownfield Infrastructure.
