16.(a)     Measure the Hypothesis's scope during a 9 month Research Programme within the 12 months Pilot to materially reduce each of the Seven Problems

16.(c)     Selecting 50 Volunteers from two diverse sources to measure the Hypothesis' scope to reduce each of the Seven Problems, in particular that the Hypothesis can Empower Adults To Better Control Their Stress Responses:

                           *          25 Volunteers from amongst the Disadvantaged and marginalised

              *          25 Volunteers from a Specific Industry Group which is exposed to anxiety, stress and Depression

16.(d)     The Research Programme Team would maintain the confidentiality of each Volunteer's 4 @ "Segment #6 - Coping Skills" in the Two Research Programme Progress Reports

16.(f)      Use Recreational Road Cycling to measure the Hypothesis's scope to materially reduce the Seven Problem in the Research Programme

16.(h)     No explicit fee or cost to Participants apart from purchasing their own bicycle, cycle shoes and clothing

16.(i)       Forecast Average Consultant Time for a Recreational Exercise Consultant to -

                *          Supervise or Refer an Adult Enquirer or GP's Patient into a local District Recreational Exercise Group; or

                *          Administer a Specific Industry Group Volunteer or a Disadvantaged Volunteer during Research Programme

16.(j)      Case Study of 13 interested adults with varying ailments who accepted a Challenging invitation from a team of 'Clinicians', 'Sports Therapists' and a Public Broadcasting Station to tackle a rigorous recreational exercise activity, namely to run  in 9 months the 2007 Boston Marathon
