   Business Plan for Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme ("YELP")

 

     Business Plan which researches Seven Problems that confront Australia and their Causes to enable Governments -

*    to establish a Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme

*    for Interested Adults to implement Positive Lifestyle Changes and Materially Alter Lifestyle to Change Social Values, and 

*    measure the reduction in the Seven Problems

Employ 20 Recreational Exercise Consultants under a 12 month Pilot in NSW to supervise >5,000 Interested Adults commence one of 14 Recreational Exercise Activities at one of an existing +900 Recreational Exercise Activity Groups across NSW

Utilise 25 Volunteers from amongst the Disadvantaged and another 25 Volunteers from a specific Industry Group over a 9 month Research Programme to -

*    measure/quantify the Hypothesis' scope to reduce each of the Seven Problems; and

*    forecast Economic Return on Capex and change in Cashflow resulting from fiscal allocations for Capex on Human Brownfield Infrastructure from Propagation to an additional 10,000 Participants by end-2010

            Would commencing a Recreational Exercise Activity Materially Alter Lifestyle by implementing Lifestyle Changes which Change Social Values to reduce the Seven Problems?

            Would a Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme -

            (i)          provide GPs Patients with a new "safe" option to ward off anxiety, mild depression, obesity/diabetes by suggesting such adults; and

            (ii)         enable other Adult Enquirers to Materially Alter Lifestyle?

 

 5.        Impact of "Two Traditional Economic Influences" on Western World's penchant for Economic Materialism

 6.        Five "Guidance Influences" over human beings in the Western World:

            *         Initial Four influences are in the best interests of the individual

            *          5th influence - the most powerful - is aimed at -

                         +         selling consumer goods; or
                         +         influencing political or religious allegiance

 7.         Consistent with the "Role of Government", Government should initiate a 6th "Guidance Influence" namely a "Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme" which -

 (I.)        Proactively treats the cause of good health by engaging sports administration experts to assist communities implement Positive Lifestyle Changes rather than reactively incurring the health costs from the effect of negligent health practices; and

 (II.)       achieves Seven Benefits Of Materially Altered Lifestyle

             Fiscal funding is available.    

 

 8.         Australian Government implementing controls to address new problems in modern day society is not new

10.        12 month Pilot in NSW of the Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme ("YELP") necessitating HNSW Department of health or another Health Agency employing 20 Recreational Exercise Consultants who would -

              *      "Supervise" Adults into 8 Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activities; and

              *       "Refer" other Adults to local organisers of 6 Moderate Recreational Exercise Activities,

              for 14 Recreational Exercise Activities available at +900 District Recreational Exercise Groups across NSW

11.        Websites are an effective delivery medium -

(i)          to promote sporting activities eg. ocean swims and mountain bike 24 Hour Events; and

(ii)         which can be cost-effectively deployed to - 

              (a)         provide pertinent Training Procedures to interested Adults;

              (b)       "Test" Interested Adults on their comprehension of Training Procedures;

              (c)         receive Internet Testimonials from Adults on the supervision performance of the Recreational Exercise Consultant; and  

              (d)        receive a Participant Performance Report on each Adult's continuation of the Recreational Exercise Activity and extend of Materially Altered Lifestyle.

             e-Training and e-Research Techniques through the Internet makes it possible, practical and economic

12.       Employing early retirees who have a proven +20 year track-record in local voluntary sports administration possessing Ten Sport Administration Attributes, as Recreational Exercise Consultants will -

            *          be highly cost-effective to Health Agency budgets; and

*          provide an early transition to a 5 year career (max) to assist many Interested Adults introduce Lifestyle Changes to Materially Alter Lifestyle
