16.(f)     Quantify the Hypothesis' scope to materially reduce the Seven Problems using Recreational Road Cycling in the Research Programme

The Writer limited the Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activities to only one which is Recreational Road Cycling because -

(a)        cycling is the fastest growing sport in the world amongst adults:
*        bicycles are outselling cars
*        more popular than golf amongst 'Type A' Executives
*        now encouraged by Governments to diminish Global Warming
*        On your bike - join the happy throng;

(b)        for over 10 years the Writer has administered a recreational, endurance road cycling group in Sydney and created and maintained the following two cycling websites gratis:

            *          Muggaccinos.com

            *          KOMpm.com. 

(c)        The Writer knows various proven, capable sports administrators within Recreational Road Cycling whom he believes would be keen to represent the 5 Selected District Recreational Cycle Groups in Sydney for the 9 months Research Programme, as most Volunteers would likely prefer to join a local District Recreational Road Cycling Group than say Mountain Biking which is favoured by younger adults or Road Cycle Racing which younger Recreational Road Cyclists may progress to.
