Invariably, health authorities across the Western World espouse the merits of regular exercise.  However, regular Exercise has, to a lot of adults, a negative connotation of being a necessary burden - something that they would sooner not do.  This pessimistic overtone is unfortunate because, as kids many of us loved to play in the great outdoors with out mates, and on school holidays some did so from sunup to sunset. 

Longstanding recreational bicycle group Muggaccinos attracts stoic, middle aged hill climbers who look forward to their weekly communal exercise Fix with their mates.

Fundamental to marketing the Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme (Section 15) is to encourage Interested Adults to want to incorporate a Recreational Exercise Activity to Materially Alter Lifestyle by highlighting that -

(i)         such exercise in a District Rigorous Recreational Exercise Group within a Common Bond Support Group is lots of fun and addictive; and

(ii)        as kids many of us thrived on playing outdoors with your mates from sunup to sunset.
