Questions that Tony Abbott, former Minister for Health & Ageing, or Peter Dutton, shadow Minister for Health & Ageing to ask Nicola Roxon, Minister for Health & Ageing
Why did Shaun Larkin, one of seven members of the National Preventive Health Taskforce, e-mail Philip Johnston on 31 July 2008 5:18 PM included:
Why did Dr Rob Moodie, Chair of the National Preventive Health Taskforce, write to Philip Johnston on 2 April 2009:
"Best
wishes for continued development of the
programme."
Why did Peter Morris, Assistant Secretary, Population Health Strategy Unit,
Population Health Division, Department of Health & Ageing write to
Philip Johnston on
2 July 2009:
Why did the National Preventive Health Taskforce not recommend Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme in its Final Report to the Minister for Health & Ageing?
Please provide the Taskforce's separate SWOT Analysis (used to evaluate the public submissions which the Taskforce invited) for each of the Five Business Plans in the First National Preventive Health Research Programme submitted by Philip Johnston, so that Mr Johnston may evaluate what the Taskforce considered to be the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the Five Business Plans in his First National Preventive Health Research Programme.
Why did item 367 of the
APPENDIX 4: Submissions to the Preventive
Health Taskforce
to the Taskforce's
Final Report
list
a 100 page
First Business Plan with over
300 Defined Terms, an
Executive
Summary,
a
Four Year Budget Costing with
over 4,000 URLs to navigate the
Five Business Plans,
as:
367
YELP Program Concept
Why did
APPENDIX 4: Submissions to the Preventive
Health Taskforce
to the Taskforce's
Final Report
not provide a URL to
explanatory information for
YELP when Appendix 4 provided
a URL to explanatory information for almost all
of the other submissions, but rather the
Final Report
noted:
"A
number of organisations provided multiple submissions,
bringing the total number
of submissions (as distinct for organisations) to 397.
These
submissions can be found on the Preventive Health Taskforce website at
www.Preventivehealth.org.au.
Some submissions have not been
published on the website at the request of the author(s)."
Mr. Johnston did not request anyone not to
publish a link to
Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme on the
Preventive Health Taskforce - Submissions
webpage or not to publish a file(s) that
explains
YELP such as the definition of
Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme,
First Business Plan or the
Executive Summary.
Why has the
Minister for Health & Ageing,
the
Prime Minister of Australia
and
Dr.
Rob Moodie failed to respond to Philip Johnston's letters
requesting a meeting with Dr. Rob Moodie to discuss Mr. Johnston's
Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes
