Head Consultant's Conditions Precedent To The 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot means conditions, tasks and undertakings which are not limited to those listed below which the Business Plan Developer must, if appointed by the Dept of Health & Ageing as Head Consultant For Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes, achieve prior to commencing the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot.  The below list, together with other tasks required to garner performance information noted in Section 18, is not exhaustive. 

For the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme:

(i)          Draft Primary Research Programme Brief for consideration by the Interested Parties and the Research Programme Team.

(ii)         Respond to queries from Research Programme Team re Research Programme Brief.

(iii)        Draft "4 Hypothesis Test Reports" for consideration by the Interested Parties and the Research Programme Team.

(iv)        Draft "End Of Primary Research Programme Progress Report" for consideration by the Interested Parties and the Research Programme Team.

(v)         Draft "One Year After Primary Research Programme Progress Report" for consideration by the Interested Parties and the Research Programme Team.

(vi)        Liaise with renowned humanitarians Michael Raper (Winner of the 2007 Justice Award), Peter Cullen (founder of RecLink Australia, Sporting Chance Day and Choir of Hard Knocks) and National Disability Services to source 25 Volunteers from the Disadvantaged.

(vii)       Liaise with other Interested Parties re the compilation of the Research Programme Team and the Pilot Delivery Team  - refer Section 16 and Section 16(c).

(viii)      Facilitate selecting 50 Volunteers as explained in Primary Research Programme.

For  the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot

(ix)       Source candidates for the 20 RECs.

(x)        Draft dedicated Training Procedures for each of the 8 other RREAs similar to Tips for new road cyclists who want to ride with a Bicycle User Group for consideration by the Interested Parties.

(xi)       Draft Useful Information & Logistics for 6 MREAs for consideration by the Interested Parties.

(xii)      Draft format for Participant Testimonial for consideration by the Interested Parties. 

(xiii)     Draft format for the Participant Progress Report for consideration by the Interested Parties. 

(xiv)     Draft dedicated Risk Warnings and a dedicated 'Liability Acknowledgement' for each of the 8 other RREAs for consideration by the Interested Parties - similar to Risk Warnings and a Ride Participant's Liability Acknowledgment which are deployed by Muggaccinos District Rigorous Recreational Cycling Group.

The Business Plan Developer is aware of other tasks, particular those associated with -

(a)        e-Research Techniques;

(b)        Return On YELP Capex Software to measure the Economic Return On YELP Capex on fiscal expenditure on Human Brownfield Infrastructure to improve Cashflow, explained in Section 18; and

(c)        a Health Assessment Appointment which each of the 50 Volunteers in the Primary Research Programme will have with a member of the Primary Research Programme Team for the Initial Lifestyle Behaviour Evaluation Of Each Volunteer for the Return On YELP Capex Software which is feed into the Base Case Financial Model.

The final form of the Head Consultant For Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes for inclusion in the Interested Parties Agreed YELP First Business Plan will set out -

(I)         all the steps in completion order;
(II)        definitive completion time lines;
(III)       ownership; and
(IV)      accountability.
