Annexure I.     Deliverables And Costs

The YELP First Business Plan enables immediate Government action to treat the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks and enact IPCC's pronouncement that a  "shift in lifestyles" is required to mitigate Climate Change - that pronouncement contributed to IPCC sharing the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize at Oslo in Dec 2007.

As set out in Propagation Forecasts And Targets and Milestones Timetable, YELP will deliver the following Interested Adults into existing LDREGs:

(i)         at least 5,200 new Participants by end Jan 2013 thereby achieving ' inter alia' Cultural Social Change Less Reliant On Economic Materialism in order to launch the RTV Promotion involving ABC1 national television transmitting across Australia

             *            3 x 60 min episodes of Team YELP'  Triathlon Challenge telecast at early April '12, end Aug '12 and end Jan '13 - explained in  'Team YELP'  RTV Promotion

             *            3 x 60 min episodes of Hilly Rides Challenge telecast during March 2013 with the Content And Format Of (Proposed) ABC's Hilly Rides Challenge;

(ii)        at least 44,000 Participants from across Australia by end-2014 during Propagation Phase; and

(iii)       at least 100,000 additional new Participants from across Australia by end-2015 during Propagation Phase.

The above aggregates >100,000 new Participants (by end-2015) will have completed a Personal Eco Profile on the YELP Website as part of their Participant Progress Report which inter alia

(i)         acknowledges their smaller Personal Carbon Footprint from a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle;

(ii)        undertakes to understand their Personal Carbon Footprint and their Primary Energy Carbon Contributors;

(iii)       'Declares' their Personal Carbon Footprint on the YELP Website which feeds to a Register of "Aussie Green Sporting Teams";

(iv)       'Pledges' on the YELP Website which feeds to a Register of "Aussie Green Sporting Teams"  to live by Ten Green Commandments to pursue Australia's Personal Target Carbon Footprint; and

(v)        thereby provides a demonstrable mandate to all 3 tiers of Australian government to "make the tough calls" to reduce the Average Australian's Current Carbon Footprint which per capita is very high amongst First World Countries due to our dependence on coal.

With the support of 12 Private Sector Equity Holders, the scheduled RTV Promotion and other media publicity of 100,000 Participants by end-2015 will provide a groundswell to millions of Australians across the nation that -

a)         REA Is Fun & Addictive in a LDREG; and

b)         REA reduces Fifteen Problems, which includes the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks.

RTV Promotion of 3 x 60 min episodes of Hilly Rides Challenge in March 2013 of the positive results of the Hypothesis to treat each of the Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks, will be invaluable to Brand Name and Corporate Social Responsibility for the 16 Equity Holders as set out in Hilly Rides Challenge which will feature significant Equity Holder's Input Contribution For YELP Pilot and Primary Research Programme which would be featured in proposed "Hilly Rides Challenge" on ABC1 television.

It will also evidence to Climate Change proponents globally (ie. IPCC) that Australian Governments are rapidly actioning a strategy to "dramatically shift lifestyles".

YELP will presage that Australians have to take greater responsibility for their own mental and physical health and the associated costs, as pro-rata fiscal expenditure for Burgeoning Baby Boomer Health & Aged Care Costs explained in Section 3.II.(a) dwindles due to a diminishing tax payer pool - the 2nd of the Fifteen Problems.

The Return On YELP Capex Software to quantify YELP's Economic Return On YELP Capex is fundamental to not only Australia's bottom line, but also the YELP Equity Holders.  That is, which Human Brownfield Infrastructure from the least fit and motivated amongst the Abled Disabled and Disadvantaged, to the most fit and motivated, should RECs target in order to get the greatest Bang for YELP's Buck?  Accepting that the time for a REC to Take Charge Of a particularly unfit, unhealthy Interest Adult.  But the returns will be much greater.

Section 16(b) sets out the YELP Holistic First Business Plan's  Forecast Results of the Primary Research Programme.

Annexure H(i) is "Snapshot Of YELP Budget 4.9 years To End-June 2016".

R&D Time, Budget Costs To Propagate and Project Life for Five Business Plans

Recognises Exceptional Community Contributions at an Annual Presentation Awards Dinner in each state capital by end 2012.

Reduced Supplementary Patient Guidance Role for GPs due to GPs  Outsourcing  GP's Patients (who are interested in trying a REA) to a REC who would be responsible for the Final Three Stages of the Five Basic ‘Stages of Change’.

The 4th Phase of the Four P's of Project Development, namely Product describes the merit of Annual Challenge Series Competitions to motivate, recognize and reward Interested Adults for leading a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle.  The initial Annual Challenge Series Competition is an Annual King of the Mountain Road Cycling Challenge Series in each state capital - detailed in an Information Memorandum  - entailing individual time-trails up majestic, verdant climbs on the perimeter of Sydney where the winner of each Age Division, both 'Male' and 'Female', Abled and Disabled Categories, is awarded a converted King of the Mountain Polka Dot Jersey and King of the Mountain Winner Medallion which thousands of enthusiastic 'KOM Climbers' would train diligently to win to be an Age Division Winner in their state series and be awarded a coveted King of the Mountain Trophy.

Summary Bullet Points of the Information Memorandum notes:

*              Following a successful rollout to 4 Australian cities in 2011, opportunity to propagate the Annual KOM Challenge Series via the internet, to Bicycle Organisations and their Environment and Health agencies in 50 large cities throughout USA, Europe and Asia by end-2015 to evidence Australia providing a blueprint to Materially Alter Lifestyle which is adopted in other countries.

*             Hundreds of thousands of Interested Adults across Australia competing in a regular, rigorous, Challenging, healthy local sporting activity amidst a LCCBSG which equally strengthens the mind and body to enhance QOL, whilst relying on traditional medical prescriptions to offset the possibility of cardiac arrest, stroke, arthritis etc amongst older Cyclists.

Separately, the Fourth Business Plan explains how Project "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation could within its 2 year Project Life mobilise 2,100,000 circa Australians (from aged 15 years or older) to submit their Personal Eco-Profile as a Sporting Participant in one of 75,000 circa Australian Sporting Teams, which comprise at least 10 Sporting Participants aged 15 years and older, on a Register of "Aussie Green Sporting Teams"  in order to be awarded an "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation

Australian Sporting Teams comprise -

*         organised Sporting Clubs,

*         organised Health & Fitness Centres and

*         non-organised Recreational Exercise Groups.

A Register of "Aussie Green Sporting Teams" on a National Website(s) containing 2,100,000 circa Australians (from aged 15 years or older) would provide a powerful mandate for all three tiers of Australian government to make sometimes unpopular decisions, Sociable and Stringent Measures, to reduce the Average Australian's Current Carbon Footprint

Project "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation hasn't been costed in the YELP Budget However, material synergies exist between YELP and Project "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation, whereupon it would be unlikely to exceed $2 million over the Project Life And importantly, provide a manifest, tangible mandate to Australia's three tiers of government to make the tough calls to reduce Climate Change, as without such an overt "go-ahead" from a material number of Australians, governments will be looking over their shoulder to assess political reaction when they need to be making tough, sometimes unpopular decisions re Individual Carbon Taxes and Industry Carbon Taxes.
