Introduce means a REC physically introducing an Interested Adult, either Abled or Disabled, face to face to at least two Organisers and at least two Participants in a LDRREG which the Interested Adult has selected, provided the REC lives within 20km of the LDREG's neighbourhood. 

Each introduction to such local Organisers and local Participants to take at least 15 mins 'in toto'.   The purpose of each introduction is to enable the Interested Adult to become comfortable with the LDRREG, whereupon one such Organiser would take carriage of the Interested Adult.
