								The course is not 
								onerous as there are two hills 
								(McKell Ave from Waterfall to RNP and Bald 
								Hill from Stanwell Tops to Stanwell Park) which are both descents.  
								There are no tough ascents in the 90km route 
								which finishes at water level.
