Supervise Volunteer Participants Employees means Six Experienced Muggaccinos Cyclists supervise between 10 and 15 Volunteer Participants Employees to -

a)         gain risk management knowledge - 'Ride Participants Liability Acknowledgement';

b)         develop cycling skills;

c)         experience endurance training by initially building up to riding the 1st Leg (and back) of Muggaccinos regular Sunday rides (between 40km and 60km) and then the entire 100km (approx) Sunday ride routes; and

d)         learn bicycle maintenance; and

e)         enhance self-esteem and enjoy 'team bonhomie';.  

Regarding a) above, Writer would provide a written test containing at least 20 questions for each of the Volunteer Participant Employees to complete to ensure that each Volunteer Participants Employee has read and comprehended the -

*           Ride Participants Liability Acknowledgement; and

*           29 Tips for new road cyclists to minimise trauma accidents and maximise health benefits.
