13.       Pilot Goals, Forecasts and Predictions

21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot will -

(i)         achieve Six Reasons For Preparatory Research Programme;

(ii)        accomplish Two "Deal Breaker" Purposes Of The Primary Research Programme;

(iii)       provide GPs with an additional safe option for GP's Patients afflicted by one of the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks (who may also be suffering Another Health Ailment) by GPs suggesting GP's Patients consider approaching a REC to action the Final Three Steps of the Five Basic ‘Stages of Change’ formerly recommended by Fed. Health & Ageing's Lifescripts by Taking Charge Of  them to commence a Recreational Exercise Activity in one of an existing independent array of  +900 LDREGs in the case of NSW (Pilot in NSW) to implement Positive Lifestyle Changes to Materially Alter Lifestyle

(iv)       enable other Adult Enquirers who wish to similarly Materially Alter Lifestyle of their own volition to also access the YELP Website and contact a REC and ask him/her to Take Charge Of  that  Adult Enquirer in order to commence a REA in a LDREG; and

(v)        achieve the Pilot Sample of 5,200 Interested Adults who each submit (on YELP Website using e-Research Techniques) a Participant Progress Report 6 months after commencing in a LDREG to measure the Fifteen Benefits Of Materially Altered Lifestyle.

(a)        that each Participant submits who is -
*          Supervised into a
RREA; or

             *          Referred into MREA,
 for their selected
LDREG;

(b)        which determines each Participant's continuation of their selected REA(s); and

(c)        which notes the Participant's  Positive Lifestyle Changes and Changed Social Values

Spread across 20 RECs, the above conservative prediction of a Critical Mass of 5,200 Interested Adults, known as the Pilot Sample, who commence either a RREA or a MREA represents 250 Interested Adults per REC.  This prudent forecast is less than one Interested Adult per day over a 48 week (336 days) year per REC.

The above Pilot Sample prediction of 5,200 Interested Adults during the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot is made up of -

(i)           150  'Team YELP'  Participants in the Preparatory Research Programme;

(ii)            50  Volunteers in the Primary Research Programme;

(iii)      3,300 circa Interested Adults who commence a RREA (1,500 GPs Patients and 1,500 Adult Enquirers); and

(iv)      1,700 circa Interested Adults who commence a MREA (1,500 GPs Patients and 500 Adult Enquirers).

RTV Promotion in "Hilly Rides Challenge" of a handful of Abled Participants and Disabled Participants from a Critical Mass of 5,200 which have enjoyed the intervention of a REA during the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot, together with e-Learning and e-Research Techniques, will cost-effectively enable YELP to be Propagated to achieve the Propagation Forecasts And Targets to Materially Alter Lifestyle by intervention of a REA as described in Twelve Low Cost Propagation Initiatives which will largely render obsolete hands-on encouragement and assistance that RECs will vitally provide during the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot to build-up the Critical Mass and quantify the Hypothesis scope to treat each of the Fifteen Problems explained in Section 16(a).

Propagation Forecasts And Targets estimate >100,000 new Participants by end-2015 which -

(i)         evidences a Cultural Social Change Less Reliant On Economic Materialism where a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle becomes the socially accepted norm to reduce one's Personal Carbon Footprint; and

(ii)        represents Collective Action.

Section 16.(b) "Forecast Results of the Primary Research Programme" sets out, utilising 6 Rankings, forecast outcome of testing the Hypothesis in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme to reduce the Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks.
