Employing early retirees who have a proven +10 year track-record in voluntary local sports administration who possess Eleven Sport Administration Attributes, as RECs will -
* be highly cost-effective and Reduce Supplementary Patient Guidance Role of GPs by Taking Charge Of GP's Patients; and * provide an early transition to a 4 year (max) career to assist many Interested Adults introduce Positive Lifestyle Changes to Materially Alter Lifestyle * accord with Golden Gurus Casual empiricism of 20 or so contemporary, Sporting Team Organiser, across NSW, aged from 50 to early 60s, who have devoted a large part of their lives to encourage fellow adults into their preferred sport (ie. Recreational Road Cycling, Road And Track Cycle Racing, Mountain Biking, Triathlon, Bushwalking/Hiking, Kayaking & Canoeing, Lap Swimming and Ocean Swimming) concludes that each possesses the Eleven Sport Administration Attributes in varying degrees. Some contemporaries are stronger on networking and Talk The Walk Motivational Skills, whilst others possess greater practical experience/knowledge of common law re an Inviter's obligations to an Invitee to participate in a Recreational Activity which involves Three Types Of Risks. Still others have a more detailed knowledge of Training Procedures. Employing early retirees who have a +10 year track-record on a voluntary basis in sports administration who satisfy the Accreditation Benchmarks as RECs for a particular RREA will - * be highly cost effective to health budgets, at approx. half the cost of attracting and cultivating younger applicants with comparable business acumen, however, without such networking, understand of associated professional indemnity and public liability risks, or peer recognition; and * provide an early transition to a 4 year (max) role which marshals their experience and enthusiasm to assist Interested Adults Materially Alter Lifestyle. Through the Annual Presentation Awards Dinner in each state capital which presents a YELP Exceptional Community Contribution Medal in recognition of each Exceptional Community Contribution, the YELP SPV will - (i) provide an opportunity for successful business people around retirement age who possess Eleven Sport Administration Attributes to be Philanthropic by becoming RECs on a low Gross REC Remuneration (relative to their present income, and are comfortable with Donating To YELP Disabled Equipment Fund between NIL% and 50% of their Gross REC Remuneration to receive Net REC Remuneration) because, in addition to achieving the Two Purposes Of YELP SPV, those successful business people around retirement age, will view the YELP SPV as a well-structured tangible vehicle which fosters a Sense Of Community by assisting Interested Adults from amongst the Disabled, Abled and Disadvantaged; and (ii) inform that Interest Adults who graduate to Participants in a particular LDREG that they may opt to then achieve Accredited Participant status for that RREA. Attracting high calibre successful business people who possess the business acumen to always "get the job done", which include Liability Risk Management Acumen, to semi-retire as RECs is there is little place for well intentioned amateurs until - * end June 2013 when 5,200 Pilot Sample will be sourced, thereby achieving Critical Mass which creates evidence of a Cultural Social Change Less Reliant On Economic Materialism to facilitate the RTV Promotion and springboard Propagation from 1 July 2013; and * end-2015 when 100,000 Participants, that are presently leading a Sedentary Lifestyle and afflicted by the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks, together with a further 28,000 new Participants, which are not leading a Sedentary Lifestyle (as explained in Propagation Forecasts And Targets) are members of LDREGs thereby achieving Collective Action. However, to cater to Abled Interested Adults beyond 2014, a Participant who has - (a) been a Participant in a particular RREA for more than 12 months and clocked-up more than 100 hours with a LDRREG(s); and (b) attained Liability Risk Management Acumen by passing a comprehension test using e-Learning Techniques on the YELP Website, may be granted Accredited Participant status on the YELP Website. After 2014, Accredited Participants and the YELP Website will be the YELP SPV's delivery vehicle for Abled Interested Adults to become Participants, as the number of RECs will reduce because RECs will have fulfilled their primary purpose to achieve - (a) Critical Mass by end June 2013 in order to commence the Propagation (3rd Phase); and (b) Collective Action by end-2015. After 2013, RECs primary focus will be assisting the Disabled and Disadvantaged due to Accredited Participants and the YELP Website being the primary vehicles to assist Interested Adults to become Participants. By attaining Liability Risk Management Acumen, Accredited Participants will be materially better equipped than thousands of volunteer sports administrators across Australia at the present time who invariably administer on a largely piecemeal, unstructured basis their particular sporting passion, often with scant regard to their liability for the safety of "Invitees". Creating Accredited Participants status will address item (iii) of Preventive Health, by ensuring the Inviters within sporting organisations across Australia which make up REAs (and potential REAs) Provide A Risk Warning to Invitees in order to - (i) materially reduce the number of serious painful accidents, in particular trauma accidents, associated with recreational activities; and (ii) thereby reduce the potential for costly and stressful litigation following a Serious Sporting Accident in a Recreational Activity. Creating the role of Accredited Participants represents the YELP SPV regulating presently highly unregulated Sporting Activity Providers. YELP similarly facilitates Philanthropy to citizens, other than RECs, as the Annual Presentation Awards Dinner will also recognise Exceptional Community Contributions by Abled Participant Assistants and Community Support Providers. Scope exists for a few RECs to changeover to a 3 year (max) Administrative Role. In summary, a successful 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot is predicated upon sourcing 20 RECs who each possess inter alia Eleven Sport Administration Attributes. Through his networking across some of the above RREAs, the Business Plan Developer knows several contemporaries who possess the Eleven Sport Administration Attributes in varying degrees (as explained in the above first paragraph) who could satisfy the Accreditation Benchmarks. Some of these are listed in Section 10. These contemporaries similarly know other volunteer sports administrators with a similar unbridled passion for their chosen sport and a proven track record. These people are highly proficient salesmen because they believe in the product they have been selling to fellow Australians for many years. They all possess Talk The Walk Motivational Skills because they have "been there and done it". They rarely take the foot off the pedal because of the satisfaction they derive from evidencing others enhance their QOL. RECs (and also Pioneer FOFs) fall within the terms of reference for the Golden Gurus programme as explained in - * Section 12 "Employing earl retirees......" ; and * Section 24. Utilise the skills of RECs and Pioneer FOFs under the Golden Gurus programme. See also Gross REC Remuneration for a REC.
