Assistant Artistic Director or AAD means an adult who  -

(i)         possess Seven Assistant Artistic Director Attributes;

(ii)        is capable of performing the Artistic Director Duties & Responsibilities; and

(iii)       falls within a very narrow band of Australians aged 50 to <60 years of age, say 1 in 250 circa Australians or 0.4% of the 2.55 million Australians aged 50 to <60 year old, being 10,200 volunteer Artistic Directors.

As explained in the Third BTAAP Business Plan all Senior Artistic Directors and Assistant Artistic Directors will fall within the definition of Golden Gurus for the reasons expounded therein.
